01Physical touchpoint
Connect, scan or tap
Guest Wi-Fi, a QR code on the table, an NFC tag on the seat back, or the 5G network overhead. Whatever the venue already has on the wall becomes the door.
Every place has a moment it wastes. Morfus turns it into a full, branded app inside your visitor's own browser — no app store, no install, no account.
The way in
Because there is no app to find, download, update or sign into, exponentially more people walk through.
01Physical touchpoint
Guest Wi-Fi, a QR code on the table, an NFC tag on the seat back, or the 5G network overhead. Whatever the venue already has on the wall becomes the door.
02Instant access
A complete, branded experience loads in the browser the visitor is already carrying. Nothing to find, download, update or sign into.
03Richer experience
Concierge, offers, ordering and what's nearby — the whole neighbourhood, not just the four walls of the building.
The platform
Morfus is modular. Activate a single capability today and integrate the rest over time — it is one engine underneath, so nothing has to be rebuilt. Anything still in build is labelled as such.
Managed Wi-Fi
The venue's guest network, managed end to end — and turned from a line on the cost sheet into the top of your funnel.
No-download app
A full, branded app that opens in the visitor's browser. Built once, configured per site — never rebuilt for each new market.
Live tracking
Offers published to the seat, the room or the street — and traced through to the redemption at the bar or the till.
AI concierge · 15 languages
Answers questions, takes requests and guides visitors in their own language — before your team is ever interrupted.
Ordering · requests · redemptions
Catalogue ordering with or without payment, in-room and table requests, and reward redemptions — all landing in one operations queue for your staff.
Attributable revenue
Who came, what they engaged with, what they spent and who returns — measured per touchpoint, not estimated.
Privacy-first
The experience itself becomes premium, sellable inventory — sold by the venue, served in the seat, income shared with the house.
Smart-property metering
Property metering and environment control for estates and buildings, wired into the same visitor-facing layer.
QR · NFC
A cryptographically signed code on a product, sign or seat — proving what is genuine and opening the right experience.
Inside the experience
Every module is switched on or off per site from one dashboard, with role-based access for the people who run it. Nothing here needs a download.
Everything a visitor can order, request or claim — and one queue where your staff answer it.
Menus, product lists, services and brochures. Upload a PDF to display as-is, or build structured categories and items with images and prices.
Drop in an existing menu as a PDF, DOCX or photo and AI converts it into structured line items with categories, descriptions and pricing. Everything stays editable.
Take orders with payment through Stripe, or order-only for guests already inside the venue. Visitors track status from placement to fulfilment.
The operations queue: catalogue orders, in-room service requests, Call Waiter and Request Bill, and reward redemptions validated by QR or code.
Offers with validity dates, total and per-guest claim limits. Each claim issues a unique QR and code your staff validate on the spot, with redemption reporting behind it.
Native date, time and party-size requests routed to the Service Hub, with MorfBot able to take the booking in chat.
The content that keeps a page worth reopening — and the channel to tell people it changed.
Single or recurring, sorted automatically into upcoming, happening and past. Tickets, pricing, booking links, galleries and search tags included.
Posts, articles and announcements from a full editor — or connect an RSS feed and pull an existing newsroom in automatically.
Reach the visitors who followed your page with an instant title, image and message. Resend or edit past sends from the history log.
One tap on the heart subscribes a visitor to your updates and files you in their favourites — stores, zones, points of interest and tours alike.
Featured images, featured CTA buttons and timed full-page splash promotions that show once, then rest before appearing again.
Up to six star-rated fields you define, plus a written note — visible only to you. Problems reach you before they reach a review site.
Turn an area into something a visitor can actually navigate — well past your own four walls.
Custom attractions with hours, location, imagery and grouped detail sections — the building blocks of a destination page.
Package points of interest into a numbered route with a designated starting point, each stop reachable from its own QR code.
Every room type gets its own QR page — gallery, catalogues and request groups for housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and concierge, routed to the Service Hub.
Upload PDFs — guides, policies, schedules, venue directories — and let AI title, describe and categorise them for you.
Show the place in cover, medium-grid or thumbnail layouts, each image titled and captioned.
Generated for every store, zone, point of interest and guided tour, on every plan — the physical link into all of it.
Zones
A zone is a radius. Every store and point of interest inside it is pulled into one unified page automatically — and MorfBot answers across all of them, so a visitor can ask where to eat, what is on tonight or what is worth seeing and get the whole district back, not one business.
Nobody has to maintain the same content twice.

MorfBot
Fifteen languages, on duty every hour your doors are open — fielding the questions your team would otherwise stop to answer.

15 languages, one concierge
Room service, the day's programme, bookable experiences, wayfinding and local discovery — asked in plain language, answered instantly. More languages are added on request.
MorfBot is trained only on what the venue publishes — menus, events, offers, news, opening hours and location — so it never answers off-brand. Across a whole district it draws on every store inside the zone.
One engine, many stories
We did not build five products. We built one engine — which means adding the next market is a matter of configuration, not engineering.
Hospitality
Hotels, resorts and RV parks. Guests connect on arrival and instantly hold a full app — room service, the day's programme, bookable experiences and discovery well beyond the four walls.

Market areas
A single scan reveals the whole district — shops, offers, wayfinding and ordering — yielding district-wide footfall intelligence without expensive sensor installations.
Residential estates
Multi-dwelling, build-to-rent and student housing. Residents onboard through building Wi-Fi for maintenance, community notices and smart-property features — and operators gain estate analytics.

Live events
Stadiums, arenas and festivals. Votes, replays, ordering from the seat and wayfinding to the shortest queue — built for one-night audiences, because that is exactly what live events are.
Brands
A code on a bottle or package opens the brand's experience directly in the browser — a direct consumer channel and consumption intelligence today, with Morfus Verified adding signed anti-counterfeiting forensics as it lands.

The in-venue layer
The most valuable audience in sport and entertainment is already in the building — spending the event on someone else's channel. Morfus makes the venue itself the channel.

The fan's night gets better — which is the only reason engagement ever works.
Morfus Ads
The experience itself becomes premium, sellable inventory the venue never had — sold by the event, served in the seat, and the income shared with the house rather than extracted from it.

Sponsors stop guessing what perimeter boards achieved. Every branded moment reaches an engaged fan and is individually measured — so your clients walk into renewal talks with proof instead of impressions.
Morfus Analytics
A printed sign, an app few people open and a generic search result share the same fatal weakness: when something works, they cannot tell you why.
A guest joins the Wi-Fi, scans the sign in the window or taps the tag on the seat back.
They claim the offer, cast the vote, place the order or book the table.
The redemption lands at the bar, the till or the reservation book — and is traced back to where it started.

Once an operator sees attributable revenue from a single touchpoint, expanding the network stops being a debate.

Built for operators
Independent hotels, single high-street shops and holiday parks cannot justify custom software. Morfus runs on the infrastructure they already have on the wall — no capital outlay, no app store to manage.
We turn an IT cost into a revenue-generating asset.
Hardware-agnostic
Deploys on the venue's existing network.
Single site or full estate
Pilot one property, scale to the portfolio.
No app store
Nothing to publish, review or update.
Activate one module
Integrate the rest whenever you're ready.
We do not replace the venue's loyalty app — we capture the vast majority of visitors who will never download it, and funnel them into the operator's own membership and first-party data.
Google makes your venue a pin on someone else's map, ranked by ad spend and surveilled by third parties. Morfus makes the venue itself the platform, on first-party consented data.
Hospitality, high streets, estates, arenas and brands all run on the same engine. Nothing is rebuilt for the next market — it is configured.
The foundation of trust
They build infrastructure with no intelligence, or marketplaces with no physical context. Morfus combines the two halves of trust that future AI agents will require.
Visibility
Footfall, presence and spatial context — knowing exactly what is happening in a physical place.
Verifiability
A cryptographically signed layer proving a product, credential or code is genuine.
Morfus Verified
A scraped rental car in Japan, followed from hand-over to payout. In most countries a minor parking scrape can cost a visitor around ¥70,000 — deductibles, a non-operation charge the waiver does not cover, and a rule that voids everything unless the police are called immediately. Every rental is insured. The renter is not.
Verified proves the record. The insurer judges the claim.
She does not look for an app. Near a partner place, the pass surfaces and one tap opens the counter's page in her language — MorfBot at the top, asking the one question that matters.
MorfBot does not start with photos. It starts with the step the policy depends on — call the police, number ready, translation offered — and the pass records that the call was made, and when.
Each photo is fingerprinted and signed as it is captured, with a fresh server code, the place and the pass. The phone's own clock is recorded but never relied on. Change a pixel and the fingerprint stops matching.
The record leaves the phone signed, arrives with a signed receipt and reaches the partner with a signed hand-off — the visitor's consent travelling inside it, withdrawable at any time.
Independent timeline
The hand-over at the plaque, the counter's Wi-Fi session, the help page opened at the roadside, the police call, the capture, the approval — each timed by us or the network, not by her phone. Together they tell a story that hangs together, or does not, before anyone reads a statement.

Unaltered
Every photo and video still matches the fingerprint taken the instant it existed.
Captured live
A code issued by our server seconds before the shot — nothing taken earlier can carry it.
Approved with Face ID
The phone's secure chip signs the record only after the enrolled user's face matches. The key never leaves the chip.
Custody intact
Independent time-stamps, traceable to atomic time, signed by a service neither we nor the claimant run.
Stated limits are why the checks are believed. Verified does not prove the scene is real — a signed photo of a staged scratch is a perfectly signed photo of a staged scratch. It does not prove who someone is, it cannot reach a phone's hardware camera signature from a web page, and it never decides anything.
Morfus captures, signs, stores and transmits. The insurer assesses.

Live events are the same mechanics, concentrated into one building and one night.

The revenue stack
Multiple revenue streams ride on a single deployment, deepening organically as visitor engagement grows.
Operators pay Morfus to manage the infrastructure they already run.
Ordering, bookings and redemptions completed inside the experience.
Welcome moments, sponsored votes, takeovers and interval offers.
Footfall, dwell and attribution across the estate or the district.

What's next
The platform stands on its own now. The roadmap deepens the moat.
One venue, one event night or one street — chosen with you. Morfus deploys the layer on the network that is already there, live for a single night or a full season.
The audience is already in the building. Let's make it stay.

Answers
Visitors do not pay for normal discovery, QR scanning, browsing, following, feedback, or rewards. They only pay when they buy something, such as food, tickets, bookings, guided tours, eSIM/data, or other paid experiences.
Setup covers content migration, menu or catalogue configuration, QR code creation, dashboard setup, branding, and an onboarding call. For hotels and destinations, setup includes room QR pages, service configuration, and staff training. The fee is a one-time charge — no recurring onboarding costs.
